Dr. Mirle R. Girish is
certified by the American Boards of Internal Medicine,
Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep
Medicine. He completed his fellowship training in Sleep
Disorders at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Dr. Girish
served as Chief Fellow of Pulmonary/Critical Care at St.
Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, Mass., where he
also completed his Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship.
His internship was in Internal Medicine at Cornell
Medical Center in New York, NY and he is a graduate of
Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India. Dr. Girish
is currently the Clinical Associate Professor at Quillen
College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University in
Johnson City, Tenn.
Dr. Girish is a member of the Massachusetts Medical
Society, the New York Medical Society and the American
College of Chest Physicians.
He enjoys reading, music and jogging.

Dr. Michael L.
Eisenstadt is certified by the American Boards of Sleep
Medicine, Neurology and Medical Acupuncture. He
has been working in clinical sleep medicine for over 25
years. He received his MD and PhD degrees form New York
University where he was an NIH fellow (Medical Scientist
Training Program). His internship was at Massachusetts
General Hospital and he completed a residency in
Neurology at Cornell-New York hospital where he served
as Chief Resident in Neurology at both New York Hospital
and Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Christopher M. Nolte, MD, MS
Dr. Nolte is board
certified in both Neurology and Sleep Medicine. He
is a Fellow of the American Academy of
Neurology. Dr. Nolte’s research in neuroscience is
published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. He is
an invited national guest lecturer, has received
multiple honors and awards for his educational and
professional efforts.
Dr. Nolte serves as the Chair of Consortium of Neurology Residents and Fellows for the American Academy of Neurology. He is a Member of the American Academy of Neurology Patient Safety Subcommittee and a Graduate of the American Medical Association Foundation Health Literacy Train-the-Trainer Program.
Dr. Nolte earned a Master of Science from Florida State University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Nolte completed his Internship and Residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Nolte is a Fellow in the Division of Sleep Medicine at Vanderbilt University.
